Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), and any optional profile details such as phone number.
• Billing information — your subscription status and plan. Card and payment details are collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor; we do not store your full card number. We keep a Stripe customer reference to manage your membership.
• Activity and content — your progress through lessons, event RSVPs, gamification points, and the posts, comments, and reactions you create in the community.
• AI mentor conversations — the questions you ask the mentor and its responses, which we use to operate, secure, and improve the mentor.
• Affiliate and referral data — if you arrive through a referral link or apply to the affiliate program, related attribution and payout information.
• Technical and cookie data — a session cookie to keep you signed in, a referral-attribution cookie when you arrive via an affiliate link, bot-protection data from Cloudflare Turnstile on public forms, and standard log data such as IP address (which we may store in hashed form) and timestamps.

2. How we use your information

• provide and personalize the membership, learning tracks, community, and AI mentor;
• process subscriptions, renewals, and (where applicable) affiliate payouts;
• send transactional email such as welcome, sign-in, and billing notices;
• secure the service, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms;
• operate, debug, and improve the product; and
• comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run Operators Edge, under terms that limit their use of it:

• Stripe — payment processing and billing.
• Cloudflare — hosting, storage, content delivery, bot protection, and the AI gateway.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• AI providers — to generate AI mentor responses, accessed through our AI gateway.
• GoHighLevel — our CRM, to manage member and affiliate communications.

We may also disclose information to comply with the law, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, safety, and property of Operators Edge, our members, or others, and in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

4. Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary to run the service: a session cookie to keep you signed in, and a referral-attribution cookie set when you arrive through an affiliate link so the referring affiliate can be credited. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but the service may not work properly without the necessary ones.

5. Data retention

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Billing records are retained as required by law. When information is no longer needed we delete or de-identify it.

6. Security

We protect your information with measures appropriate to its sensitivity, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls, and admin multi-factor authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

You can review and update your profile, cancel your subscription, and request access to or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@aioperatorsedge.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; we will honor those rights as required. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

8. Children

Operators Edge is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International users

We operate on global cloud infrastructure, and your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. By using the service you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the effective date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify members.
