Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what we offer

Operators Edge is a paid online education community. Members get access to learning tracks, lessons and reference materials, live events, curated community spaces, and an AI mentor grounded in our curriculum, covering topics such as practical AI, real estate, GoHighLevel, automation, and business systems. The service is provided for educational purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Operators Edge. By using the service you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for a single person; do not share your login or membership access. Notify us at support@aioperatorsedge.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Membership, billing, and renewal

Membership is sold as a recurring subscription (monthly or annual) at the prices shown on our pricing page at the time you subscribe. Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you also agree to Stripe’s terms. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period using your payment method on file, at the then-current price, until you cancel. Applicable taxes may be added.

5. Cancellation and refunds

All sales are final and payments are non-refundable. Because membership grants immediate access to digital content, we do not offer refunds for any subscription payment, including partial or unused periods. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings or by emailing support@aioperatorsedge.com; cancellation stops future charges, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We may make limited exceptions at our sole discretion, but none is promised.

6. Educational purpose — not professional advice

Everything offered through Operators Edge — including lessons, field guides, community discussion, events, and AI mentor responses — is general education to help you learn and ask sharper questions. It is not legal, tax, financial, investment, accounting, or other professional advice, and it does not create a professional–client relationship. We make no guarantee of any particular result, income, or outcome. Decisions that bind you (deal structure, tax elections, contracts, investments) belong with a qualified professional reviewing your specific situation. You are solely responsible for how you use what you learn.

7. The AI mentor

The AI mentor generates responses from our curriculum to help you learn. It can be incomplete or wrong, may not reflect your jurisdiction or current law, and should not be relied on as professional advice. Verify anything important before acting on it. We may limit, meter, or suspend AI usage to protect the service, and we log AI interactions to operate and improve the mentor as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• share, resell, sublicense, or publicly post member-only content or your account access;
• scrape, copy, or attempt to extract our curriculum, prompts, or underlying systems in bulk;
• harass other members, post unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or spam the community;
• circumvent access controls, billing, rate limits, or security; or
• use the service to break the law or to misrepresent the product or your results.

9. Intellectual property and your license

We and our licensors own all content, curriculum, software, and branding in the service. While your membership is active, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own learning. This license does not transfer ownership, and it ends when your membership ends. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative products from our content except as expressly allowed.

10. Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post in the community, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use it to operate the service. You are responsible for your posts and represent that you have the right to share them. We may moderate, edit, or remove content and may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Affiliate program

If you participate in our affiliate program, the additional terms presented during affiliate signup also apply, including commission, attribution, and payout rules. Commissions may be reversed for refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent or self-referred activity.

12. Third-party services

We rely on third parties to deliver the service, including Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and infrastructure), Resend (email), and AI providers for the mentor. Your use of those features may also be subject to those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

13. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or create risk for the service or other members. On termination your license to the content ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (for example, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

14. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result will be achieved.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Operators Edge and J&A Higgins Enterprises LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Operators Edge and J&A Higgins Enterprises LLC from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

17. Changes

We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify members. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which J&A Higgins Enterprises LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You and we agree to resolve disputes in the courts located in that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
